Our implementation methodology is built around this rapid configurability, allowing delivery of the client prototype early in each project. Early introduction of the prototype spurs client interaction with the product and the project team at-large, both of which are critical to project success. Implementations are typically priced on a fixed fee model that ties payment to completed, client approved milestones, which ensures the project stays on track and that the deliverable matches the requirement. Every task is tracked on our project collaboration site to provide clear visibility to both the client and ActekSoft project teams. Finally, we are driven by deadlines and consider on-time delivery to be a part of our corporate culture.
