Americo Financial Life and Annuity Insurance Company Selects ACom3 

BIRMINGHAM, AL – January 19, 2010 – Americo Financial Life and Annuity Insurance Company (Americo) has executed a license agreement with ActekSoft for implementation of the ACom3 Commission and Incentive Compensation System and the ACom3 License and Compliance System. The ACom3 product suite will operate across multiple lines of business for Americo supporting payout for roughly 15,000 independent agents operating across the U.S.

ACom3 was selected from a large field of potential vendors after a comprehensive evaluation which included detailed demonstrations, a proof of concept and hands on session in which members of the Americo evaluation team had the opportunity to “test drive” the system.
