Integration

ACom3 is delivered with an Integration Portal that utilizes industry standard XML based technology to greatly simplify integration to any number of client systems.

Inbound Data Flow

Inbound data consists of transaction and configuration data that drives the payout process. Transaction data encompasses all forms of periodic data that is the source for commission computation, including sales transactions, contract counts and adjustments. Transaction information would typically contain such attributes as product, sub-product and other client defined elements influencing the resulting commission processing.

Configuration data typically includes those elements that are related to payees such as customer ownership, management relationships, hierarchies, and other data that influences commission processing. This data may flow in from any number of source systems, or can be maintained directly in ACom3. The ability to import some or all of the configuration information ensures maximum automation, regardless of the complexity of the data, number of target systems or rate of change of the configuration data.

Outbound Data Flow

Outbound data is available in XML formats, native ACom3 database access, or through custom target integration components developed specifically to meet the needs of the customer. Typical outbound data consists of the General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Payroll type information that is produced by ACom3 during commission payout processing, but can also include direct EFT output, data warehouse update and more.
