Farley Lavett—Chief Executive Officer
C. Farley Lavett Jr. is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of the company. Mr. Lavett has an extensive background in software development and implementation with over 20 years in the healthcare industry. He was VP of Software Development and Support at Seako Inc. and operated a successful consulting practice following the company sale to CSC. Mr. Lavett has over 25 years of systems development and integration experience involving large multi-million dollar projects. He is a Computer Science graduate from the University of Alabama in Birmingham.

Tom Davis—VP Sales
Tom Davis has over 20 years of experience in the software and technology market, including leadership roles as VP of Sales for MEDecision, Inc., and EVP of Sales and Marketing for Revolution Health Systems (RHS). He was responsible for taking MEDecision from a start-up company to the leading supplier of medical management/case management software products in the healthcare industry. As the initial founder of RHS, he was responsible for development and execution of a business plan that took the company from concept to profitable venture. RHS was sold to Information Network Corporation in 1999, after which Tom joined ACTEK.

Kevin Turner - VP Development
Kevin Turner was a founding member of ACTEK and has been a key contributor to the company’s product development and technology direction. He was the lead architect for ACom3 and its underlying J2EE architecture and has been working with business software applications since 1995.

Dean Patterson—VP Support and Services
Dean Patterson joined ACTEK shortly after the company was founded in 1999 and has been a primary designer and developer of various customer systems. Mr. Patterson has over 16 years of development and customer support experience involving large customer projects. He was previously the Development Manager for CSC Healthcare, overseeing the MHS system architects and programming staff. Mr. Patterson previously worked with Farley Lavett at Seako, Inc.
