Payee Database
The Payee Database maintains information specific to all payees (brokers, agents, agencies, sales reps, sales management) being administered on the ACom3 application. This includes basic demographic data such as position, location and address, in addition to business information that is critical to managing the payout function. This typically includes hierarchical and management relationships, license and appointment information (specific to the insurance and financial services industries), draw and advance management (where appropriate) and summarized performance information.
ACom3 provides the option of maintaining this information locally on the application, importing from external application (HR Systems, Compliance Systems etc.) or using a combination of both strategies to support the full range of business requirements.
The Payee Database is a critical component to managing the payout function as it maintains information to support specialized processing in the computation process. All transactions are computed using client defined business rules, which includes information that can be derived from the transaction itself, in addition to information that can be derived from the payee or payees associated with the transaction. ACom3 provides very strong payee specific logic which allows very high levels of automation regardless of the complexity of the rules or exception processing currently in place.
